Hi, I’m Dariane!
I’m SO excited you’re here, getting to know me, and following along with my little life.
I’m a 26 year old wife and mom of two, born and raised in a small town in rural Missouri. I met my husband Ethan back in 2015, right before he left for basic training in the military. We got married in October of 2017 (fresh outta high school), and are now raising our daughter Remington, and son Thatcher in the same town that we both grew up in. Staying close to home near family, and having our kids grow up out in the country like we did, has always been important to us.
We have a Jack Russel named Jax, an outdoor cat named KC (short for kitty cat), and four chickens. My husband and I are the youth ministers at our church and truly love fulfilling the call we know God placed in our lives. We have a heart for young people, and sharing Jesus with any and everyone who will let us. Our hope is for our kids (both our actual and our youth kiddos) always see Him in all we do. 💕
We’re both pretty outdoorsy kinda people (although I maybe a smidge less than Ethan, haha), even our kids, so we’re always spending our time up at the lake, hiking through some of the local trails in our hometown, or working around our homestead.
Aside from always knowing I wanted to be a wife and mom, I’ve always had a love for sharing my faith, love of homemaking, and a few recipes here and there with those around me. I created this space solely for that. To be able to share the things I’m most passionate about, in hopes of inspiring other women and fellow moms and homemakers. When I share a new blog post, a quick recipe, or something God’s done in our life with all of you, I hope that you’re inspired by it in some sort of way.
