Hi-ya! I’m sharing another sweets recipe with y’all today! These double chocolate chip muffins are so good, gooey, and are not too rich. They’re pretty easy to make, with ingredients you probably already have on hand.
Here’s how to make them 🍪⬇️
Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 1 tbs of vanilla
- 3/4 cup of sour cream or yogurt
- 1 & 3/4 cup of flour (sifted)
- 2/3 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp of baking soda
- 1 & 1/2 tsp of baking powder
- 3/4 tsp of salt
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 2 ups of chocolate chips ( I like to use half milk and half semi-sweet)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350℉. In a large mixing bowl, add in all the wet ingredients, and mix to combine. Set aside, and place a sifter over another large mixing bowl. Add your flour, and cocoa powder, and sift into the bowl. This just helps the airiness and consistency of the muffins! This step is not necessary, but it does help in the texture. Remove sifter, and add baking soda, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Mix well to combine, then add your dry ingredients to your wet. Fold them in, and mix until smooth. Add your chocolate chips and stir to combine. In a muffin pan, spray with nonstick spray, or butter, and add 1 large scoop for a normal sized muffin. If you want larger muffins, add 2 scoops! Top with more chocolate chips and bake for 20 minutes. Once done, remove from the oven, and let cool for 5 minutes before eating!
