Fall is by far my favorite season! Being able to wear all the scarves, vests, and flannel is probably the best part about it, in my opinion! 😜 One of my go-to looks for this time of year, is anything with flannel. You can easily style it anyway you’d like. Whether it be casual, dressy, or cozy! Here’s just a few ways that I like to style my flannel shirts!
The Details:
Flannel
I found this cute black and white flannel at Target for $20! They have lots of different color options. It fits true to size and comes in sizes: XS – 4X.
Jeans
Abercrombie is typically where I get all my jeans (on sale cause they can be pricey). They fit true to size and have a variety of different styles and colors. I love how most of their jeans are frayed at the ankles, and the fact that they are size friendly! I’m not super tall, but tall enough to where my jeans are fairly short on. So, I like that they offer regular, short, and tall fit!
Shoes
I found these loafers at Target as well, and they are so comfortable! I think they have snakeskin and leopard patterns too, but I love how the black goes with everything. These fit me a little on the snug side, so you could even size up one if you wanted.
Style Option #2 = a flannel, layered underneath a long cardigan + faux leather leggings + ankle booties
The Details:
Flannel
I’ve had this flannel top forever, I wanna say I found it at Maurice’s! They typically have good sales on flannels, and lots of cute options.
Leggings
These leggings are a bit on the pricey side. I snagged them on major sale, during Nordstrom’s anniversary sale. They are the Spanx faux leather ones, and I LOVE the fit. They hold your tummy in ( perfect for my mom pouch haha), and aren’t too leather looking. I would size up cause they do fit pretty tight.
If you aren’t wanting to spend a ton on leggings, I found a dupe for the Spanx ones, at Target for $16! They look pretty similar and fit much better. Plus, you can’t beat that price!
Cardigan
I found this cardigan at Walmart a loooong time ago. It’s the Time & Tru brand, and to this day, is still my favorite cardigan. I don’t think they sell it anymore, but I found a similar one at Target for a reasonable price!
Boots
Y’all these boots are the best purchase I’ve made recently! They are only $11 at Walmart, fit true to size, and look sooo high end. I’ve always wanted white boots, but most that I’ve found are waaay too expensive. These are super comfortable, to where you can easily walk around in them, and not have sore feet.
There are lots of other ways you can style your flannel. With a vest, jacket, sweater, or whatever you’d like! These are just two of my favorite ways to style a flannel.
