It’s Friday y’all, and wowza am I glad it’s finally the weekend. We’re just one day closer to hitting that official first day of Spring and I couldn’t be more ready! 🥳 This weekend we have some pre-wedding festivities out of town, celebrating some of our good friends! So because of traveling out of town, I thought it would be fun to share some of my favorite travel essentials with a toddler or baby. We all know how hard it is to keep a child entertained for a long period of time, especially on long car rides, so here’s some of our personal favorite items to bring with us on trips.
Our Travel Essentials:
Multi-Snack Containers
Perfect way to keep your kid entertained and allows them to snack without too much of a mess. I fill this container with goodies for Remi to munch on for car rides.
Price: 2 pack for $29.98
Foldable Mattress or Air Mattress
We used this foldable mattress for our pack and play while Remi was little. It comes with a carrying case making travel much easier. However, now that she’s bigger, we use a twin size air mattress.
Price: $49
DVD player or Tablet
We don’t have a kids tablet yet. That will probably be something we grab at Christmas, but this works great to have playing in the car. It comes with the mount for the back of the headrest.
Price: $70
These are just a few of the items we always take with us on trips! I plan on sharing what I keep in my diaper bag, so be sure to be on the lookout for that blog post! I also shared some of our top baby items we loves and used with Remi here.
Thanks for reading, and have a great weekend friends!
